Archangel Michael
In Christian tradition, the archangel Michael (whose name means "Who is like God?") is the leader of the heavenly armies, invoked for protection against evil and spiritual warfare; he appears in the Book of Revelation leading angels against the dragon and is patron of soldiers, police, and paramedics.
