Deer

Across traditions the deer represents gentleness, sensitivity, and intuition; in Celtic myth the white stag was king of the forest and a messenger to the Otherworld, while in Hindu and Buddhist iconography deer are depicted listening to the Buddha's first sermon at the Deer Park (Sarnath).
