Ganesha

In Hindu tradition, Ganesha is the elephant-headed son of Shiva and Parvati, revered as the remover of obstacles and lord of new beginnings; he is traditionally invoked before any new venture and is one of the most widely worshipped deities in the Hindu pantheon.
