By Intention

Obsidian
The Truth Mirror
You have been using dull edges when the situation calls for something clean. Obsidian fractures conchoidally into edges sharper than surgical steel because it has no crystal structure to direct the break. No crystal lattice. That is why the edge is perfect.

Ocean Jasper
The Tidepool Joy
The same moods keep cycling and they need a kinder container. Ocean jasper holds orbicular patterns in tide-pool colors through opaque chalcedony, circles that repeat without becoming monotonous. Recurring is not the same as stuck.

Okenite
The White Surrender
Your vulnerable parts need cushioning, not hiding. Okenite forms white fibrous balls so soft-looking they barely resemble stone. Protection can arrive as fluff and still be mineral.

Oligoclase
The Copper Warmth
You are hovering between options waiting for certainty to become theatrical. Oligoclase is a plagioclase feldspar near the middle, sometimes carrying a soft adularescent glow instead of a loud flash. Subtlety can still indicate direction.

Onyx
The Discipline Fortress
The line you drew needs to hold without explanation. Onyx is banded chalcedony with parallel layers so formal they resist the agate habit of curving. Parallel layers. No curve. The line holds.

Opal
The Light Dancer
You feel more spectral than solid and are not sure that is a problem. Opal is hydrated silica without crystal structure, diffracting light through ordered spheres suspended in amorphous gel. Formlessness can still produce extraordinary color.

Orange Calcite
The Joy Amplifier
The day needs warmth that does not come with any demands. Orange calcite is calcium carbonate in a honeyed register, soft at Mohs 3 and warm enough to glow without intensity. Soft mineral, warm register, no demands.

Orange Kyanite
The Warm Alignment
You need alignment with more heat in it. Orange kyanite takes the familiar blade of kyanite and stains it with manganese warmth. Discipline does not have to come cold.

Oregon Sunstone
The Independence Stone
You want vitality that glows from the inside rather than from effort. Oregon sunstone carries copper platelets within feldspar, metallic warmth suspended inside a clear body. Enthusiasm can be internal light.

Orpiment
The Golden Strategist
You are learning that bright things can be dangerous and still beautiful. Orpiment is a vivid arsenic sulfide, yellow-orange and chemically serious. Respect is part of how some radiance is handled.

Orthoclase
The Honest Baseline
You need a new structure that can actually hold daily life. Orthoclase is one of the earth's primary feldspar builders, common enough to form continents and quiet kitchens alike. Foundations do not need drama to matter.
